• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are available within 30 days of your first paid subscription, subject to our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Ghost Caddie, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Ghost Caddie and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your swing videos and data. By using our service, you grant us a license to use your data to provide and improve our services, including training our AI models (using anonymized data).

Limitation of Liability

Ghost Caddie provides swing analysis as a tool to help improve your golf game. Our AI analysis is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional golf instruction when needed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Caddie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
